Those performers selected as official All American Cast Members will qualify as an All American Halftime Show™ performer and will be eligible for full participation in the bowl game halftime show extravaganza. There will be NO additional performance auditions after you are selected to the All American Halftime Show™ cast (cast members should receive a special “Selection Code” when nominated to the performance cast.) Family members, directors/coaches, and friends may also register and participate in the production tour as official “Tour Spectators”. There is no tour cost* for children under the age of two years old as of December 28, 2017.
*Please contact our office for important details regarding small children on the production tour.

What are the age requirements to be selected and participate as an All American Halftime Show™ cast member?

All performance cast members must be between 12 years old and 21 years old as of December 28, 2017. All production tour participants under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by an adult (or group) chaperone registered tour member.

What secures my position on the All American Halftime Show™ production tour?

Completion of the “All American Halftime Show™ Tour Registration” and a $300.00 per person deposit before the first deadline will confirm your position on the halftime tour. EVERY person (Performers and Tour Spectators) attending the production tour MUST complete a tour member registration. You may easily register online or download a printable “All American Halftime Show™ Tour Registration” form if necessary.

Who is considered a Tour Spectator?

An All American Halftime Show™ “Spectator” tour member is anyone who is a fully registered tour participant but not actually performing in the halftime show. This includes family members, coaches, advisors, directors and sponsors who are registered members of the All American Halftime Show™ production tour. ONLY registered tour members may participate in all All American Halftime™ Show tour events.

Will I receive a confirmation notice for each payment sent to the All American Halfime Show™?

YES, confirmation notices and any additional or updated information that you will need for the All American Halftime Show™ production tour will be sent to you via E-Mail or U.S. Mail after each payment has been received and processed.

How many people can participate in the All American Halftime Show™ production tour?

There are a maximum number of performance cast positions available in the All American Halftime Show™ production. Those who register early will certainly have the best opportunity to be assured a performance cast position. Every All American cast member who is allowed to register on the All American Halftime Show™ production tour WILL perform in the halftime show.

Several friends from my group were selected as All American cast members, but I am the only one interested in coming to Orlando for the All American Halftime Show™ production tour. May I come alone?

Absolutely! There are many fortunate individual performers who are selected as All American cast members who make many new friends in Orlando. It is not necessary for you to travel with other members of your performance group. All production tour participants under 18 years old MUST be accompanied an adult (or group) chaperone registered tour member.

How do I select my hotel roommates?

When completing the All American Halftime Show™ tour registration there is a section for your “Roommate Request.” This is the only opportunity you will have to make your roommate request. Please make sure that your requested roommates are attending the production tour and that they have requested yourself as their roommate too. Simply listing someone as roommate does not automatically register that person on the production tour (every tour member MUST submit a tour registration and proper payment.)  Spectators and Performers may stay in the same room. Mixed gender rooms are available to family members only.

Important Registration Note: If you cannot fill your requested tour package room occupancy type, you will be required to change your tour package to a lower room occupancy at an additional cost per person.

Example: If there are only three persons from your family or group attending and each person is requesting a Quad Occupancy tour package – Each of the three persons attending will be required to upgrade to a Triple Occupancy tour package at an additional cost per person.

I am the only person from my group participating, which tour occupancy package should I select?

Please select the tour room occupancy package that you and your family will fulfill. Those selecting a “Quad Occupancy” or “Triple Occupancy” tour package must be arriving with other tour roommates that will fulfill the desired tour package selection. Often a parent and a performer will each select a Double Occupancy tour package to share a hotel room. All production tour participants under 18 years old MUST be accompanied an adult (or group) chaperone registered tour member.

Check with your airline regarding their baggage policy and charges.

If my parents and I want to stay longer in Orlando, may we do so?

Sure! But the production tour activities will only be available as per the itinerary (i.e. – There can be no airport transfers, theme park tickets, etc. except as scheduled on your All American Halftime Show production tour itinerary). We can book additional hotel room nights for you at the Rosen Centre Resort hotel outside of the production tour dates.  Please contact us directly for rate information and to book additional room nights other than those provided in your All American Halftime Show production tour package.
