Have A Hotel Question? Get An Answer!

Hotel rooming, roommates and questions about the All American Halftime Show™ hotel property are a frequent topic of telephone calls and e-mail inquiries.

Please peruse this hotel & rooming FAQ to quickly learn the answers to our most frequently asked hotel questions!

Which resort do we stay at during the All American Halftime Show™ production tour in Orlando?

Your All American Halftime Show™ production tour headquarters is the beautiful Rosen Centre Resort located in the heart of world famous International Drive.

The resort is very well situated for all of your production week activities, offers numerous dining outlets and a heated tropical pool that you have to SEE to believe!

We reserve the right to add additional hotel properties if necessary.

How do I select my hotel roommates?

When completing the All American Halftime Show™ tour registration there is a section for your “Roommate Request.” This is the only opportunity you will have to make your roommate request.

Please make sure that your requested roommates are attending the production tour and that they have requested yourself as their roommate too.

Simply listing someone as roommate does not automatically register that person on the production tour (every tour member MUST submit a tour registration and proper payment.)

Spectators and Performers may stay in the same room.

Mixed gender rooms are available to family members only.

Important Registration Note: If you cannot fill your requested hotel room occupancy type, you will be required to change your hotel room occupancy package to a lower room occupancy at an additional cost per person.

Example: If there are only three persons from your family or group attending and each person is requesting a Quad Occupancy tour package – Each of the three persons attending will be required to upgrade to a Triple Occupancy tour package at an additional cost per person.

I am the only one from my group selected for the All American Halftime Show™ production tour. May I come alone?

Absolutely! There are many fortunate individual performers who are selected as All American cast members who make many new friends in Orlando.

It is not necessary for you to travel with other members of your performance group.

All American Halftime Show™ performer Participants under 18 years old MUST be accompanied an adult registered “All American Tour Spectator” chaperone.

Group chaperones are acceptable.

May All American Halftime Show™ Performers and Tour Spectators stay in the same room?

Officially registered All American Halftime Show™ tour participants (Performers and Tour Spectators) are allowed to stay in the same hotel room. We encourage family members to stay together!

All hotel room occupants MUST be officially registered All American Halftime Show™ tour members.

I am the only person from my group participating, which hotel occupancy package should I select?

Please select the hotel room occupancy package that you and your family will fulfill. Those selecting a “Quad Occupancy” or “Triple Occupancy” hotel package must be arriving with other tour roommates that will fulfill the desired tour hotel occupancy package selection.

Often a parent and a performer will each select a Double Occupancy hotel package to share a hotel room.

All production tour Participants under 18 years old MUST be accompanied an adult (or group) chaperone registered tour member.

Important Registration Note: If you cannot fill your requested hotel room occupancy package, you will be required to change your hotel room occupancy package to a lower room occupancy at an additional cost per person.

Example: If there are only three persons from your family or group attending and each person is requesting a Quad Occupancy hotel package – Each of the three persons attending will be required to upgrade to a Triple Occupancy hotel package at an additional cost per person.

If there are five people from my group participating may we all stay in the same room?

Sorry, the Rosen Centre Resort hotel rooms are able to accommodate a maximum of four persons.

You might consider breaking your group rooming to three persons in a room (each with a Triple Occupancy hotel package) and two persons in another room (each with a Double Occupancy hotel package.)

No suite accommodations are available.

Do all of the Rosen Centre Resort hotel rooms have two double beds?

Typically yes, but some Double Occupancy tour packages may provide one king size bed.

Persons with Quad or Triple Occupancy tour packages should expect their hotel room to have two beds.

Will all of my tour group members and parent/chaperone rooms be on the same hotel floor?

We attempt to keep your group rooms as near each other as possible, but we can not always guarantee that you will be on the same floor or have adjoining hotel rooms.

(We have a very good record at being able to keep group rooms located near each other!)

Who will chaperone the production cast members?

The All American Halftime Show™ will have operational staff to oversee the performance tour.

However, the All American Halftime Show™ does not take responsibility for chaperoning performers or conducting nightly room checks.

It is required that each group or individual be accompanied by an adult registered tour member.

Complimentary group chaperone tour packages* are available for group leaders of 20 or more tour members.

All American Halftime Show™ performer Participants under 18 years old MUST be accompanied an adult registered “All American Tour Spectator” chaperone.

Group chaperones are acceptable.

*Contact the All American Halftime Show™ regarding complimentary group chaperone package details.

Who is considered an All American Tour Spectator?
