Tour Registration
Who is eligible to participate in the All American Halftime Show™ tour?
As a talented performer between the ages 12 and 21 years old, you may be selected by one of our All American Cast Selection Partners or potential cast members may submit a video audition.
Those performers selected as official All American Cast Members will qualify as an All American Halftime Show™ performer and will be eligible for full participation in the bowl game halftime show extravaganza.
There will be NO additional performance auditions after you are selected to the All American Halftime Show™ cast (cast members should receive a special “Selection Code” when nominated to the performance cast.)
Family members, directors/coaches, and friends are encouraged register and participate in the production tour as official “All American Tour Spectators”.
All American Performers & Spectators attend most all production tour events together and may share resort accommodations.
There is no tour cost* for children under the age of twenty-four months old as of December 28, 2021.
*Please contact our office for important details regarding small children on the production tour.
What are the age requirements to participate as an All American Halftime Show™ cast member?
All performance cast members must be between 12 years old and 21 years old as of December 28, 2021.
All American Halftime Show™ performer Participants under 18 years old MUST be accompanied an adult registered “All American Tour Spectator” chaperone.
Group chaperones are acceptable.
What secures my position on the All American Halftime Show™ production tour?
Completion of the “All American Halftime Show™ Tour Registration” and a $300.00 per person deposit before the first deadline will confirm your position on the halftime tour.
EVERY person (All American Halftime Show Performers and All American Tour Spectators) attending the production tour MUST complete a tour member registration.
You may easily register online or download a printable “All American Halftime Show™ Tour Registration” form if necessary.
Who is considered an All American Tour Spectator?
An “All American Tour Spectator” is anyone who is a fully registered tour Participant but not actually performing in the All American Halftime Show™. This includes family members, coaches, advisors, directors and sponsors who are registered members of the All American Halftime Show™ production tour.
ONLY fully registered Performer and Spectator tour Participants may participate in all All American Halftime™ Show tour events.
Will I receive a confirmation notice for each payment sent to the All American Halfime Show™?
Yes, registration confirmation notices and any additional or updated information that you will need for the All American Halftime Show™ production tour will be sent to you via E-Mail after each payment has been received and processed.
Please use an active and regularly checked E-Mail address when your register!
If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation (at the e-mail address you used during your tour registration) please check your “Junk Mail” file and/or white-list our domain <allamericanhalftime.com> with your e-mail service provider.
How many people can participate in the All American Halftime Show™ production tour?
There are a maximum number of performance cast positions available in the All American Halftime Show™ production. Those who register early will certainly have the best opportunity to be assured a performance cast position.
Every All American Halftime Show Performer who is allowed to register on the All American Halftime Show™ production tour WILL perform in the halftime show.
I am the only one from my group selected for the All American Halftime Show™ production tour. May I come alone?
Absolutely! There are many fortunate individual performers who are selected as All American Halftime Show™ cast members who make many new friends in Orlando. It is not necessary for you to travel with other members of your performance group.
All American Halftime Show™ performer participants under 18 years old MUST be accompanied an adult registered “All American Tour Spectator” chaperone.
Group chaperones are acceptable.
How do I select my hotel roommates?
When completing the All American Halftime Show™ tour registration there is a section for your “Roommate Request.” This is the only opportunity you will have to make your roommate request.
Please make sure that your requested roommates are attending the production tour and that they have requested yourself as their roommate too.
Simply listing someone as roommate does not automatically register that person on the production tour (every tour member MUST submit a tour registration and proper payment.)
All American Tour Spectators and All American Halftime Show Performers may stay in the same room.
Mixed gender rooms are available to family members only.
Important Registration Note: If you cannot fill your requested hotel room occupancy type, you will be required to change your tour package to a lower room occupancy at an additional cost per person.
Example: If there are only three persons from your family or group attending and each person is requesting a Quad Occupancy tour package – Each of the three persons attending will be required to upgrade to a Triple Occupancy tour package at an additional cost per person.
Which hotel occupancy package should I select?
Please select the hotel room occupancy package that you and your family (or team members) will fulfill. Those selecting a “Quad Occupancy” or “Triple Occupancy” tour package must be arriving with other tour roommates that will fulfill the desired hotel room occupancy selection. Often a parent and a performer will each select a Double Occupancy tour package to share a hotel room. All production tour Participants under 18 years old MUST be accompanied an adult (or group) registered All American Tour Spectator chaperone tour member.

Which resort do we stay at during the All American Halftime Show™ production tour in Orlando?
Your All American Halftime Show™ production tour headquarters is the beautiful Rosen Centre Resort located in the heart of world famous International Drive.
The resort is very well situated for all of your production week activities, offers numerous dining outlets and a heated tropical pool that you have to SEE to believe!
We reserve the right to add additional hotel properties if necessary.
If there are five people from my group participating may we all stay in the same room?
Sorry, the Rosen Centre Resort hotel rooms are able to accommodate a maximum of four persons.
You might consider breaking your group rooming to three persons in a room (each with a Triple Occupancy package) and two persons in another room (each with a Double Occupancy package.) No suite accommodations are available.
Do all of the Rosen Centre Resort hotel rooms have two double beds?
Hotel rooms for Quad Occupancy and Triple Occupancy tour packages will feature two double beds per room. Double Occupancy tour packages may provide one king bed or two double beds. If you have a preference just let us know!
Will all of my tour group members and parent/chaperone rooms be on the same hotel floor?
We attempt to keep your group rooms as near each other as possible, but we can not always guarantee that you will be on the same floor or have adjoining hotel rooms.
(FYI – We have a very good record at being able to keep group rooms located near each other!)
May All American Halftime Show™ Performers and All American Tour Spectators stay in the same room?
Officially registered All American Halftime Show™ tour Participants (Performers and Tour Spectators) are allowed to stay in the same hotel room. We encourage family members to stay together!
All hotel room occupants MUST be officially registered All American Halftime Show™ tour Participants.
May I make telephone calls from my hotel room?
YES, to activate the telephone in your room you must leave a cash deposit or a credit card with the hotel front desk. Please be aware of the surcharges added by the hotel on ALL calls made from hotel rooms.
You may want to purchase a prepaid calling card (and learn how to use it) prior to arriving in Orlando – Or better yet, just bring a cell phone from home!
Note – Please do NOT bring cell phones to production cast rehearsals.

How do I make my airline travel arrangements for flying to Orlando?
If you have a favorite travel agent they will be glad to make your Orlando travel arrangements.
You may also shop any number of airlines that service Orlando International Airport (airport code = MCO) or online travel companies to shop for the best airfare available.
A good place to start your airfare search might be the Google Flights website.
Make sure that your destination is Orlando International Airport (airport code = MCO). You should arrive on December 28, 2021 and depart on January 2, 2022.
*Due to ongoing regional pandemic concerns, we suggest that you do not purchase airline tickets until fall 2021.
We suggest you consider the option of airfares that allow refunds or future airline credit should the need arise.
We suggest that you do not use the “price bidding” travel firms as you are traveling on some of the busiest air travel days of the year.
Every qualified All American Halftime Show Performer™ and All American Tour Spectator tour member who purchases their airline tickets before the registration deadline is GUARANTEED a spot on the production tour.
Do you offer to Orlando International Airport / Rosen Centre Resort shuttle transfers?
The All American Halftime Show™ is pleased offer discounted round-trip Orlando International Airport (MCO) transfers to/from the Rosen Centre Hotel at a nominal cost.
Airport transfer reservations should be completed before your Orlando arrival.
For those traveling to Orlando International Airport (MCO) you may click for a printable DISCOUNT COUPON or visit the direct link Mears Transportation to reserve your airport shuttle service. (Offer does not apply for those arriving Orlando Sanford International Airport)
To receive your shuttle service discount you must either purchase their ticket online using the priority code, or present a physical coupon at the Mears Counters at the Orlando International Airport – Having it on a mobile device will not be accepted.

May I use my AAdvantage miles or other Frequent Flier travel voucher to purchase my airline ticket?
Yes, but please be aware that you are traveling to Orlando during one of the busiest flight times of the year and available frequent flier mileage/point seating may be at a minimum.
Please make sure your airline services Orlando International Airport (airport code = MCO).
How much luggage should I bring to Orlando?
Remember that you will be responsible for carrying your own luggage, so please limit yourself to one suitcase and one carry-on bag.
Please be aware that many airlines may charge extra for each bag and have steep additional fees for even slightly overweight baggage!
Check with your airline regarding their baggage policy and charges.
If my parents and I want to stay longer in Orlando, may we do so?
Sure! But the production tour activities will only be available as per the tour itinerary (i.e. – There can be no theme park tickets, etc. except as scheduled on your All American Halftime Show™ production tour itinerary.)
We can book additional hotel room nights for you at the Rosen Centre Resort hotel outside of the production tour dates.
Please contact us directly for rate information and to book additional room nights other than those provided in your All American Halftime Show™ production tour package.
Game Day
Will the halftime show be on television?
In the past, the All American Halftime Show has typically received a small amount of air time on ABC-TV!
The Vrbo Citrus Bowl football game will again be carried live on the ABC television network. However, due to network time constraints we can in no way ever guarantee any television coverage of the halftime show.
What do performers wear game day?
Dress in your full performance costume until the All American Halftime Show™ performance is completed.
You should remove any visible body piercing jewelry and conceal any visible body tattoos for the Citrus Bowl halftime performance.
May I keep my All American Halftime Show™ performance costume?
YES, your All American Halftime Show™ performance costume is yours to keep! However, we must retain any additional performance props that are supplied (flags, poms, prop skirts, etc.)
May I take my tote bag, big purse or backpack to the stadium on game day? IMPORTANT!
We strongly encourage fans to not bring any type of bags. We have outlined which types of bags are permissible below.
Fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12”.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar.)
- Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.
An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.
Fans also will continue to be able to carry items allowed into the stadium, such as binoculars and smartphones.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.
If you are denied entry to the stadium there is no place to store your items. Please bring only what you need to the stadium on game day.
(A complimentary clear side, security-acceptable tote bag will be provided to each All American Halftime Show™ tour member for stadium use.)
May I (or my parents) take a video camera to the Citrus Bowl football game?
Sorry, the Vrbo Citrus Bowl football game, Camping World Stadium and N.C.A.A. rules prohibit unauthorized video photography of any kind.
You may video the “Open Set” production cast rehearsal and most other All American Halftime Show™ production tour events which take place outside of Camping World Stadium.
Will professional performance cast photographs be taken?
A professional, overhead group photo of the All American Halftime Show™ will be taken during the performance at Camping World Stadium.
Photo order forms for the professional photograph will be distributed to all cast members.

May I order EXTRA game tickets family & friends not participating in the All American Halftime Show™ production tour?
YES, extra game tickets for reserved stadium seating near the All American Halftime Show™ production tour member seating block may be purchased directly from the All American Halftime Show™. Please visit our extra game ticket order page.
Vrbo Citrus Bowl football game tickets may also be purchased online at TicketMaster.com. Bowl game tickets purchased through TicketMaster or other outlets will NOT be located near the All American Halftime Show™ production tour member seating block. Vrbo Citrus Bowl game tickets typically go on sale in early October.

Rehearsal Info
When will I learn my production choreography?
You will receive online video instructional information in mid-December that will visually teach you the All American Halftime Show™ choreography.
It is imperative that you KNOW your production choreography before you arrive in Orlando. The success of the All American Halftime Show™ depends on it. There is actually very little choreography instruction during production rehearsals while you are in Orlando, most of your rehearsal time in Orlando is used to block the show and learn field formations.
PLEASE know your production choreography BEFORE you arrive!
What is an Open Set rehearsal? Closed Set rehearsal?
“Open Set” production rehearsals are open to all officially registered All American Halftime Show™ tour members.
“Closed Set” production rehearsals are closed everyone (including spectators) who is not an All American Halftime Show™ cast member or production staff member.
What do performers wear to All American Halftime Show™ production rehearsals?
Dress in layers (sweats, shorts, t-shirts, leotards, etc.). It may be cool in the morning and warm up considerably throughout the day, then cool down again in the late afternoon.
You will also need to bring any show props you receive in Orlando, a personal water bottle, sunscreen lotion (minimum SPF-15), and a rain poncho.
Theme Park Info
Which theme park do I visit at Universal Orlando?
Your Universal Orlando theme park tickets ticket are valid for “Two Days / Two Parks”.
At Universal Orlando you may visit either Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure theme park. All participants will be taken to the motor coach parking area where you may visit the Universal Orlando theme park of your choice.
May I purchase extra theme park tickets through the All American Halftime Show™?
Sorry, extra theme park tickets are not available through the All American Halftime Show™.
The best (and safest) option is to purchase any extra theme park tickets at the the ticket window at the theme park of your choice.
What happens if I lose my bowl game or theme park ticket(s)?
You must replace any lost ticket(s) at your own expense.
Tickets are distributed to all tour participants during All American Halftime Show™ tour registration on your arrival day.
Please write your name on all of your tickets (and even your larger cash denominations.)
There is a security safe in every hotel room to store your tickets and other personal valuables.
What do I wear to the theme parks? Dinner & Pool Party? Post-Game Party?
Casual attire is suggested for ALL events on the All American Halftime Show™ production tour!
At the theme parks you will want comfortable shoes and be prepared for all types of weather with a jacket and/or sweater.
Casual summer-style pool attire is perfect the All American Halftime Show™ New Year’s Eve dinner & pool party.
Be sure to check the local Orlando weather forecast before you leave home!

Who is allowed to participate in All American Tour Spectator activities?
All American Tour Spectator tour member activities are ONLY available for those persons officially registered as All American Tour Spectator tour members.
Who will chaperone the production cast members?
The All American Halftime Show™ will have operational staff to oversee the performance tour.
However, the All American Halftime Show™ does not take responsibility for chaperoning performers or conducting nightly room checks.
It is required that each group or individual under 18 years of age be accompanied by an adult registered All American Tour Spectator tour member.
Complimentary group chaperone tour packages* are available for those leading groups of 20 or more tour members.
All American Halftime Show™ performer participants under 18 years old MUST be accompanied an adult registered “All American Tour Spectator” chaperone. Group chaperones are acceptable.

How much spending money should I bring to Orlando?
You will need spending money for the meals not provided per the itinerary and for souvenirs you may want to purchase.
Most participants probably bring a minimum of $150 per person for meals and snacks at theme parks, the football game, etc.
Please review your production tour itinerary to see meals that are included in your tour package.
Credit cards and traveler’s checks are accepted at most resort and theme park outlets.
As a cast member will I be free to sight-see on my own or leave the hotel when events are not taking place?
Performance cast members have a very full itinerary of required production events. You will not be allowed to deviate from the halftime tour schedule of activities or leave the hotel property alone.
Some free time is generally offered during the halftime tour and cast members may stop by the All American Information Desk with their chaperone to check-out for a special need.
All American Halftime Show™ performer Participants under 18 years old MUST be accompanied an adult registered “All American Tour Spectator” chaperone. Group chaperones are acceptable.
(Spectator tour members are NOT required to adhere to the production tour schedule.)
If I become ill or injured during (or even before) the production tour, what will happen?
All tour participants must have a signed medical release on file before they are allowed to participate.
In the unlikely event of a medical incident, professional medical services will be sought and all tour members are personally responsible for any medical costs incurred.
We will attempt to reach your Emergency Contact as soon as reasonable if you are involved in a medical incident.
We very strongly suggest that you consider personal travel insurance coverage.
Who produces the All American Halftime Show™ and production tour?
The All American Halftime Show™ is produced and directed by ESP Productions, Inc., the official entertainment producer appointed to coordinate the Citrus Bowl All American Halftime Show™.
For more almost 30 years, ESP Productions has produced and directed world class events for the Citrus Bowl, Orange Bowl, Outback Bowl, AutoNation Cure Bowl, Arena Bowl, NFL Monday Night Football, National Hockey League, World Cup and Olympic Opening Ceremonies.
ESP Productions is a member of the International Special Events Society, Winter Park Chamber of Commerce and holds a seat on the associate board of directors of the Florida Citrus Sports Association.

Whoa! We will have opportunity to enjoy the Rosen Centre Resort, visit “Universal Orlando” for TWO fun-filled days and have a great deal of fun in Orlando!
But as an All American Halftime Show™ cast member you are a VERY important part of a professional entertainment production. A high level of performance is expected from each All American Halftime Show performer.
Rehearsals will sometimes be long and strenuous, and will take place regardless of inclement weather or other occasional undesirable rehearsal conditions.
Bring your sunscreen lotion (minimum SPF-15), rain ponchos and personal water bottles to every rehearsal.
You can the SURE that this is the performance opportunity of a lifetime!
