Orlando Production Tour Prices

Every All American Tour Member Must Register

Each person attending the All American Halftime Show™ production tour must submit their own tour registration and accompanying payment.

Simply listing someone as a roommate on your tour registration does NOT make them a registered tour member. Each All American Halftime Show™ tour member must submit an individual tour member registration.

All prices listed are Per Person attending the All American Halftime Show™ production tour.

All American Registration Temporarily Suspended

Due to ongoing concerns regarding the operation of collegiate football season and post-season bowl games, your online All American Halftime Show tour registration is temporarily suspended.

We are continuing to monitor the strategy of student performance team and sports related activities at both the local & national level.

When there is a better defined path to properly proceed forward, you can remain assured that any decision will be derived with all necessary precautions for the personal safety of our All American production family.

We trust that all is well with you, your family & performance friends. Our All American Production Team looks forward to hosting you & your family in Orlando as soon as practical conditions allow!

Tour member prices for the All American Halftime Show™ is based upon your hotel room occupancy (how many persons you are sharing your hotel room with.)

Registered Performer and Spectator tour members may share that same hotel room. All hotel room occupants must be registered All American Halftime Show™ tour members. (Mixed gender hotel rooms are for family members only.)

Performer tour members are assessed a special All American Halftime Show™ Performer Production Fee to cover their associated production participation costs.

Local commuter tour member packages are not available (all tour members must be hotel guests.)

Tour package prices do not include transportation to Orlando, FL.

    (ONE Spectator tour member in room – Single room is not available for Performers)

All American Halftime Show™
Cast Member Production Fee 

Each All American Halftime Show™ performer is assessed an All American Cast Member Production Fee* of $200 to encompass the cost of:

  • All American Halftime Show™ Cast Costume
  • Performer Prop Rental
  • Choreography Training Materials
  • Production Design
  • Instructional Staff
  • Cast Rehearsal Facilities
  • Production Special F/X, Fees and Royalties
* All American Halftime Show™ Performer Production Fee is in addition to hotel room occupancy tour package pricing. ONLY All American Halftime Show™ student performers are subject to the All American Halftime Show™ Performer Production Fee.

Production Tour Payment Schedule

We understand that everyone may not have a large enough credit reserve to pay in full today, so there are special arrangements for you to make up to three installments for your production tour payment.

(Your All American Halftime Show™ production tour payment may be remitted in full at anytime before the scheduled payment dates. Standard cancellation & refund policies shall apply.)

  • September 7th – $300.00 Initial Deposit Per Person Is Due When Submitting Tour Registration*

  • October 7th – $450.00 Second Payment Per Person Due (Minimum of payments remitted must total $750.00 per person.)


  • November 7th – Any Remaining Outstanding Balance / Final Total Payment Due

Your All American Halftime Show™ tour payment may be made by most major credit/debit cards.

* An initial minimum $300.00 deposit per person is required to confirm your All American Halftime Show™ production tour member position.

Production Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Initial tour Participant deposit of $300.00 per person is refundable until October 7, 2020.
  • The second payment of $450.00 (due October 7th) is refundable until November 7, 2020.
  • No Participant refunds shall be authorized after November 7, 2020.
  • Any tour Participant cancellation shall result in the forfeiture of all tour amenities including, but not limited to, costumes, gifts, and/or tickets. No further credit will be issued.
  • All unused services are non-refundable.
  • All Participant cancellation and refund notices must be submitted in writing and are valid as per U.S. postmark date.
  • All late payments or returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 service fee.
  • All refunds, regardless of reason for the refund, will be assessed a 10% (ten percent) charge of refunded amount as a refund processing fee.
